Propose a correction

The standard is a document, so it can be wrong. If a sentence is unclear, contradicts another, or describes something that does not survive contact with a real handover, say so here. The author reads every proposal that passes the spam filter. Some are accepted and some are not. An accepted correction goes into a later version, with its number and date changed, so you can tell what you are reading.
